If you have a pool available, and with clearance from your physician/midwife, I can offer light strengthening water aerobics while alleviating the weight from your growing belly and is gentle on overworked joints.
* minimum of 2 one hour sessions
Have fun while toning your entire body with this low-intensity cardo water aerobics class using a swim noodle and bells. Let's have fun with a great musical playlist that will get us inspired and moving to the tunes.
